The Challenge
If "Time is Money", then the decision-lag of the modern day enterprise between idea/concept, alignment, meetings, action, and follow up is one of the largest and most obscure costs to the business. What's more is that often the cascading impact of these decisions are poorly understood, and with the benefit of hindsight, many find they would have made a different course decisions provided a better idea of what was truly at stake.
The Approach
I wanted to design something of a more interactive, simulatable GANTT where users could modify scenarios, timelines, sequences and key value parameters according to what can/might/could/would/should/n't occur, with all those potentials between our mutual ifttt's (if-this-then-then-that's).
